I am passionate about normalizing the human experience, demystifying therapeutic concepts, and making neuroscience accessible to help people heal and improve their relationships, mental health, and lives. In addition to my therapy practice with individuals and couples, I love to learn and to connect people who are struggling with information in the form of content, courses, books, and podcasts that will be helpful to them (whether I created it or someone else did).
This site is a place to find resources, inspiration, life hacks, hope, and even healing. Of course, blogs, podcasts, and courses aren’t the same as therapy. They can, however, be a great starting point or adjunct to therapy.
Just like you, I’m trying to figure it all out as I navigate this one messy and beautiful life I have been given. If I have learned anything, it is that doing life with others is so incredibly important. Knowing we are not alone (and are normal) is a critical piece of feeling that we belong. You belong here!
